Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, placed on the devices of end users (e.g. on computers, phones, tablets) via web browsers. However, some information kept in the cookies (e.g. regarding your preferences) may, in combination with other information about you, be regarded as personal data. In any case, the personal data acquired this way may only be processed in order to perform specific functions for you, as discussed above. Such data are encrypted in a manner that prevents unauthorised access.
How to delete cookies?
Your web browser usually permits storing cookies on your terminal device by default.
The right to store and gain access to cookies is granted upon your consent. This consent is usually granted when you configure your web browser or the selected web page or service. You may return to these settings at any time and specify the conditions of storage or access to this information.
In order to change cookie settings, you should read the specific information about the options and methods of managing cookies that are available in the settings of your browser. If you do not change the cookie settings, this will mean that cookies will be placed on your terminal device.
